As soon as they left the church and made it to campus the rain started. These are some of my favourite photos of them from the entire day. You can see how they didn’t let the weather spoil even a second of their day. They rolled with it, had fun and still got what they originally wanted.
It was so special to put this stylish, romantic wedding together in just 42 days. Even in a time of massive changes and planning hurdles, this beautiful celebration was yet another example in a long line of weddings that chose to go ahead and celebrate their love in their own unique way.
Most of the questions I received about our trip had to do with the Amalfi Coast portion: how to plan, where to stay, where to eat, how many days to take it all in etc. So here we are! Part 2 of our Italian honeymoon full of all the details of our stay & adventures.
In a season of uncertainty, Stephanie & Tyler were a welcome addition to the Pastiche family with their calm attitude, quick decision-making and commitment to a charming celebration with 23 of their closest family and friends.
In September 2021 we finally got to embark on our postponed honeymoon & it’s an understatement to say that it was an absolute dream. Sharing all of the details of our stay in Tuscany.
It’s been over 4 months of keeping this little nugget to ourselves but I am so excited to finally share with everyone that we’re expecting.
With only a few weeks to plan, I had to make quick decisions. I decided on a Parisian inspired ladies brunch in our backyard and got to work completing the team needed to make it all come to life. The short planning timeline meant any custom elements were difficult so I decided to use a lot of the custom patterns and designs I already had from the Pastiche Boutique (like the blue floral decal on the cocktail cart) and ran with this Café Pastiche concept.
Looking through these photos a year later, I am glad I pushed myself to create despite not having my usual visitors and parties. I am glad I tried something new and I hope this fun & feminine Christmas story inspires you too!
