Pastiche Events is a boutique wedding and event planning company born from the belief that weddings and celebrations should be unique, stress-free, well managed and memorable. We are proud to use the best industry resources and newest technologies to make planning convenient, simple and fun again. From our interactive timelines to our customized checklists and organizational systems, we take care of the fine details so you can focus on what really matters.

We believe in a respectful, collaborative approach to building, empowering and supporting the dream team to give you the best and most enjoyable experience possible.

Toronto as destination: Many of our clients live out of province and out of country and trust Pastiche to execute their plans remotely on their behalf. We are used to video-conferencing, virtual site tours, monthly video meetings, and helping plan unique experiences for guests when in Toronto.

Destination: Travel is at the heart of our inspiration and we are extremely passionate when it comes to creating unique experiences abroad. Ask us about our special rates for events in Italy, France, England, New York City and California.

Meet Khrystyna

Creative Director & Principal Planner

Curator of unforgettable experiences, foodie, traveller, community organizer, Khrystyna founded Pastiche Events with a vision that unparalleled experiences happen with intention. Beauty, design, technology and a whole lot of love should intersect to bring together a unique work of art: your wedding or event.

Khrystyna lives in Toronto with her husband Nicholas in their new home which just underwent a two year long renovation (and brought out Khrystyna’s love of interior design). Khrystyna is a proud graduate of the University of Trinity College within the University of Toronto in International Relations, Political Science and History. After working in hospitality, government, construction management and marketing & sales, Khrystyna went on to complete a Masters in Business Administration from the Australian Institute of Business. Khrystyna is an alumna of the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada’s Professional Wedding Planner & Coordinator Program and is excited to continue growing Pastiche Events and her other ventures.

Meet Kirsten

Lead Coordinator

Kirsten lives in Toronto with her husband David and their two fur babies Sonata and Flynn, the huskies (the introduction of real babies TBC). She is a graduate of Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film Studies and a post-graduate diploma in Creative Book Publishing from Humber College. After working for five years on productions and events in the film and publishing industry, Kirsten made the decision to dedicate her event knowledge to couples getting married and became certified by The Wedding Planner’s Institute of Canada in 2018. This is her second year working with Khrystyna and Pastiche Events and she is thrilled to be able to work with all of the amazing couples that hire Pastiche during the wedding season.

Kirsten is a minimalist, quiet observer who loves to read romance novels and listen to film scores. She loves collaborating with other #bossbabe women in business and loves supporting other women’s dreams, especially by volunteering her time with organizations like Women in Film & Television. She is inspired by her entrepreneur mother, classic literature and her hubby’s creative ambition.
